Beef sautéed with carrots
A delicious beef stir-fried with carrots, prepared in the wok with Chinese flavors, perfect for a family dinner.

Garlic

Beef
400 g

Soy sauce
50 ml

Salt

Leek
100 g

Carrots
200 g

Celery
100 g

Oyster sauce

Preparation steps

Cut the beef into thin strips.

Peel and julienne the carrots.

Cut the leek white into thin slices.

Chop the garlic and ginger.

In a wok, heat oil over high heat.

Add the beef and sauté until browned.

Add the garlic, ginger, carrots and leek to the wok.

Saute for 3 to 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and white pepper to taste.

Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
