Soy sauce

Preparation steps

Cut the beef into thin strips.

Slice the onions.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the beef strips and sauté until browned.

Add the onions, minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan.

Continue to cook until the onions are soft and translucent.

Season with soy sauce, cumin and coriander.
