Cantonese Rice with Ham

Preparation steps

Cook the rice according to package directions and let cool.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and add the diced carrots, sauté for 5 minutes.

Add the peas to the pan and sauté for 2 more minutes.

Add the beaten eggs to the pan and scramble until cooked.

Add the cooked rice to the pan with the vegetables and eggs, then add the soy sauce.
