Preparation steps

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and add the chopped onions and garlic. Fry until translucent.

Add the minced meat and cook until nicely browned.

Add the diced peppers, crushed tomatoes, red beans, cumin, paprika and salt. Let simmer for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to package directions.
