Creamy chicken with spinach, parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes
An ultra gourmet dish of creamy chicken, accompanied by tender spinach, tasty parmesan and dried tomatoes. Prepared in just 25 minutes in one pan, this dish is perfect for a quick and delicious dinner.

Preparation steps
Season the chicken with salt and pepper
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp. tablespoon of butter with a small drizzle of oil
Brown the chicken for 4 minutes per side (medium/high heat). Reserve on a plate.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp. tablespoon of butter then brown onion, garlic, and chopped dried tomatoes.
Pour in the broth, cream, and parmesan, mix and simmer for 2â3 min (the sauce should become very smooth). Adjust salt and pepper if necessary.
Add the spinach and stir until wilted.
Return the chicken to the pan and reheat for 2–3 minutes (until cooked through).
Serve immediately, with pasta or rice
