Fried Egg, Creamy Rice and Broccoli

Preparation steps

Cook the rice in a pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, steam the broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and crack the egg into the pan, cooking until the white is set but the yolk is still runny.

Once the rice is cooked, drain it and stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the creamy rice topped with steamed broccoli and the fried egg on top. Drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
