Garlic chicken and new potatoes

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

In a large dish, mix the new potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme.

Arrange the potatoes in the center of the dish.

In a bowl, mix the chicken with minced garlic, salt, pepper and a little olive oil.

Place the chicken on top of the potatoes in the dish.

Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is nicely browned and cooked through.
