Ginger and Coriander Stir-Fried Pork
This flavorful ginger and coriander stir-fried pork dish is an explosion of flavors that will delight your taste buds. Quick to prepare, it's perfect for a family dinner or a gathering with friends.

Preparation steps
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
Add the pork, mix well, and let it marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
Thinly slice the carrot and onions. Chop the coriander (save some leaves for garnish).
Heat half of the oil in a wok or large skillet.
Stir-fry the pork over high heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Add the remaining oil to the pan. Stir-fry the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly crunchy.
Return the pork to the pan, add the vinegar (or lemon), mix, and heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Off the heat, sprinkle with fresh coriander.
