Ginger & Soy Sauce Shrimp

Sesame oil

Fresh ginger

Shrimp

Honey

Preparation steps

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey (if using).

Add the shrimp, mix well, and let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the shrimp (not overcrowding) and sauté for 6 to 8 minutes total, stirring, until they are pink and cooked through.

Turn off the heat, add pepper, taste, and adjust (be careful with salt: soy sauce is already salty).
