Greek Salad with Crushed Feta
A fresh and tasty Greek salad, enhanced with crunchy vegetables and crushed feta for a creamy touch, perfect for a light meal or as a side dish.

Preparation steps

Prepare the vegetables: cut the cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper and slice the onion.

Make the feta sauce: in a large bowl, crush 1 block of feta with a fork. Add a good drizzle of olive oil, a splash of vinegar, lemon juice (start with 1/2 lemon, then adjust), and the dill. Mix: you should get a thick and creamy sauce.

Assemble: add cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and olives. Mix well to coat.

Finish: crumble the 2nd block of feta (either crumbled or in large pieces) on top. Adjust with olive oil/vinegar/lemon to taste, then serve.
