Preheat your oven to 180°C.

In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onions and garlic until golden.

Add the minced meat and cook until cooked.

Add the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, season with salt, pepper and herbs.

Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.

In a gratin dish, place a layer of sauce, then a layer of lasagna sheets, and finally a layer of grated cheese.

Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with a layer of cheese.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
