Cook the rice in salted water according to the package. Drain and keep warm.

Mince the garlic. In a bowl, mix the turkey (minced or very finely chopped) with garlic, salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs.

Heat oil in a skillet. Brown the meatballs 5 minutes, turning.

Pour in the tomato sauce. Simmer 8 minutes over medium heat until the meatballs are cooked and the sauce is hot.

Serve the meatballs and sauce over the rice.
