Mini Barilla Express penne with chicken and zucchini at Cookeo

Preparation steps
Preheat the Cookeo in Manual mode on the “Brown” function.
Rinse then cut 2 zucchini into small cubes of approximately one centimeter.
Put a drizzle of olive oil at the bottom of the bowl and brown and lightly grill the diced zucchini, and season to your liking with salt, pepper, ground garlic and a little thyme.
Meanwhile, slice 2 chicken cutlets.
When the zucchini are golden, take them out and reserve them in a bowl, then add the sliced chicken to brown for about 5 minutes with a little salt and pepper.
When the chicken is browned, add the diced zucchini and stir.
Add a drizzle of Maggi to season or add a small gold stock cube.
Add the Barilla mini penne to the cube, stir, then add water for cooking the pasta, the water should just cover the pasta, no more. Start cooking under pressure by dividing the cooking time of the pasta by 2, i.e. 3 minutes.
When it rings, take out immediately and serve, otherwise the pasta will continue cooking, it must be al dente.
