Potato and Tuna Salad

Preparation steps

Cook the potatoes in water for 15 to 20 minutes depending on their size and boil the eggs for 10 minutes, until they are hard.

Peel the potatoes while they are still warm and cut them into cubes. Peel the eggs, cut them into cubes, then add them to the salad bowl.

Add the finely chopped shallot and the drained tuna. Salt, pepper, then pour in the vinegar. Heat the milk, add it and mix well.

Add mayonnaise and oils. Mix gently. Add the parsley and serve
