Rigatoni Gratin with Ham and Cheese

Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour to create a roux. Cook for a few minutes until golden.

Add the cheese to the sauce and stir until melted and smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rigatoni, diced ham, and cheese sauce. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
