Preparation steps

In a large pot, cook the rice according to package directions.

In another pan, melt the butter and add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry until translucent.

Add the sliced carrots and the sliced mushrooms. Saute for about 5 minutes.

Add the salmon cut into pieces and cook until lightly browned.

Add the crème fraîche and fish stock, then simmer for 10 minutes.

Add salt, pepper and chopped fresh parsley to taste.
