Stuffed Tomatoes
Enjoy deliciously seasoned stuffed tomatoes, filled with minced meat, onions and spices, all baked in the oven until the tomatoes are tender.

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the tops of the tomatoes and carefully hollow them out.

In a pan, brown the chopped onions and garlic in the olive oil.

Add the minced meat and cook until browned.

Add the cumin, paprika, salt and pepper, then mix well.

Fill the hollowed out tomatoes with the meat mixture.

Place the stuffed tomatoes in a baking dish.

Drizzle with a little olive oil and add a little water to the bottom of the dish.

Bake for about 30 minutes, until the tomatoes are tender.

Serve hot, accompanied by rice.
