Tandoori Chicken with Rice
A flavorful and spicy dish, tandoori chicken is marinated in aromatic spices and then roasted to perfection. Served with rice, it makes for a hearty and delicious meal that will delight your guests.

In a bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, minced ginger, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes until cooked through and slightly charred.
During the last 15 minutes of cooking, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
Serve the tandoori chicken hot with the cooked rice.
