Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Wash and cut the zucchini into slices.

In a gratin dish, place a layer of zucchini, then add a little chopped garlic and salt.

Repeat the operation until you run out of zucchini.

In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with grated cheese and pepper.

Pour this mixture over the zucchini.

Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.

Bake for around 30 minutes, until the gratin is golden brown.
